Ovington Park Estates is an established family owned Investment and Development Company based near Winchester in Hampshire.
An existing portfolio consisting of both commercial, residential and farm land enable us to invest and develop exclusive commercial and residential developments. We ensure we maintain our family values throughout our transactions and always maintain an open and honest working relationship with vendors and property professionals alike.
The Company is run by Managing Director Ollie Mitchell who has a background in retail and residential development.
As a top-level rugby player Ollie also attended Reading University obtaining a degree in Land Management. Ollie qualified on the South Coast as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007. He then spent 5 years in Birmingham specialising in retail and Shopping Centre Development. In 2012 he returned to the family business to grow the portfolio and undertake selective developments with particular interest in both the retail and residential sectors.
