Located in the Centre of Lyndhurst High Street we purchased a large infill site in October 2016 and obtained planning for a convenience store.

We undertook an extensive refurbishment development including a large extension to provide a 4,000 sq ft retail unit for a convenience store.

This required a very complex structural design to maintain the traditional High Street frontage while providing the modern requirements of the retailer.

The works were completed in March 2018 when The Southern Co-Op began trading.
