We purchased Leaflands bungalow unconditionally in March 2016.  We subsequently undertook a small land assembly of two large gardens to create an attractive residential plot.

We obtained planning permission for 3 exclusive family detached houses.  We sold the site in July 2017.

Due to our structure we have the ability to purchase houses unconditionally with the benefit of taking a short to medium term view on any potential redevelopment.
